Charlotte Eyerman, Ph.D.Strategic Advisory and Consulting in the art world

    Dr. Charlotte Eyerman is a consultant based in Carmel, CA. Previous positions include: Director and CEO of the Monterey Museum of Art (2013-2016); Director, FRAME (French American Museum Exchange), North America (2010-2013); Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art, Saint Louis Art Museum (2006-2009); Assistant Curator of Paintings, Getty Museum (2002-2006); as well as academia and the private sector. She has published and lectured extensively on modern and contemporary art. Major exhibitions include Courbet and the Modern Landscape (Getty Museum, 2006); Action/Abstraction (Saint Louis Art Museum, 2008); and Cubisti Cubismo (Complesso del Vittoriano, Rome, 2013). Dr. Eyerman earned Ph.D. and MA degrees in the History of Art at the University of California at Berkeley and a BA in English at College of the Holy Cross. In 2014, she was named Chevalier in the Order of Arts and Letters by the French government.
